Return Policy
• Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Custom-made or personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
• To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• If the product is returned broken or damaged due to improper packaging, we are not liable for a refund or exchange.
• Returns due to change of mind, preference, color, or size are accepted within the 7-day window, but return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Return Shipping Guidelines
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless:
• The item was received damaged, broken, or incorrect.
• In such cases, customers must provide a video of the unboxing and email us within 2 days of delivery.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For fragile items, if the product is damaged during return transit, no refund or exchange will be issued.
Damaged Items or Wrong Deliveries
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
1. Inform us within 2 days of delivery with:
• A clear unboxing video.
• Photographic evidence of the damage/issue.
2. Once we review and approve your claim:
• A reverse pickup will be arranged within 3–4 business days, if applicable.
• We will send you a replacement, subject to product availability.
• If the product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Late Deliveries
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers (FedEx, DHL, etc.):
• Delays due to COVID-19, customs, or shipping partner issues do not qualify for a refund.
• Once a valid tracking number is provided, we consider the item shipped in good faith.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees (for International Customers)
• All import duties, VAT, or other charges levied by the customer’s country are the responsibility of the buyer.
• If the customer refuses delivery or the item is returned due to unpaid taxes/duties, no refund will be issued.
• This is especially applicable to buyers in Germany, UK, and Canada.
