How to order the goods : basin, bathtub,tray or others materials.?

1. Inquiry : Send your details of the design / shap and diamension,materials of the color,quantity.

2. Answer: We will orangize the quatitions and all nessaries for you through the email.

3. Confirmation: An Email of the proforma invoice will be sent after confirmed.

4. Lead time: Production of the sink/basin 5-10days in Bulk. Tub will be taken 15-23days. 

5. Payment Terms: TT through bank account. TT 50% advanced downpayment, TT 50% after order ready and packing to load.

6. Production: Pictures and Video will be sent on the processing. You can see the details and make a few modify if you need.

7. Delivery  Of Shipping: 20-30days by shipping from Xiamen port China.

8. Forwarder: Your informed agent will be contacted when delivery start. Or we can recommend our agent to handle to supply the ISF details.
   

9. After Service: We guarantee strong wooden crate,no crack and any defect before loading. We asked for the Insurance on the way to any port.
